1. A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit goes towards the service total.
2. Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable unless the error is mine.
3.The remaining balance is due in cash Only! No cash app. Please bring exact change for balance. There is no leaving later to get Cash.
4. Braiding hair is included with most braid styles. Please read description of service you are selecting. Please choose the correct color when booking your appointment!
5. Please do not come in for your appointment no earlier than 10min before appointment time.
6. HAIR MUST BE LONGER THAN 4 INCHES at the time you book your appointment!!!! YOU WILL NOT BE SERVICED IF YOUR HAIR IS NOT LONGER THAN 4 INCHES. I am not serving any clients with alopecia at this.
7.LATE POLICY: There is no grace period. If you may be a little late, please communicate this before your appointment time via phone call or text (210)943-2376. PLEASE DO NOT SEND A MESSAGE VIA INSTAGRAM OR FACEBOOK. If time permits there will be a late fee of $1 per minute. If not , you will have to reschedule appointment with new deposit.
8.NO CALL NO SHOW will result in a 50% charge and blocked from future appointments.
9.No extra guest or children at the appointment.
10.You are allowed 1 reschedule with your paid deposit. The reschedule date must be no more than 30 days of the original appointment date or deposit will not be credited to new appointment. EX. Orig. appointment 10/10 new appointment can not be later than 11/10. Booking is typically maxed within minutes of calendar opening, so please be online the moment it opens to reschedule.
“How do I access my appointment?" - You must reschedule through your email confirmation.
""What if I don't see availability?" - If there is no current availability, you must cancel and book a new date with another deposit. This may mean waiting until the 21st of the month to access availability for the following month.
"What happens to my deposit?" - BOTH deposits will apply as a credit towards your balance. Please note that a 2nd cancellation will result in both deposits being forfeited. Bear in mind, deposits secure your time and all essentials required to deliver your service (hair and products). Cancellations/ reschedules must be done 48hrs prior to appointment time. Deposit is forfeited if appointment is not cancelled/rescheduled in the allotted time.
11. Only servicing ages 13 yrs and up!
12. Please be sure to book exact style.
Braiding hair is included with service. Ombre colors are only available in lower back/ waist length or longer. Ombré braiding hair is not included with services!!! Any hair color changes made after you submit your appointment will result in a $10 inconvenience fee
1. Hair must be 4 inches or longer ALL AROUND( baby hair ok).
2. Your hair must clean, blown out , detangled, free of oils and product, and ready to braid upon arrival.
3. Do not relax your hair no later than 2 weeks prior to appointment. Failure to come prepared as required will result in cancelled appointment and deposit forfeited.
